DESCRIPTION:Bagley to celebrate 250th Birthday of the United States \n  \nThe Bagley American Legion Family\, Bagley Area Chamber\, Bagley Rotary\, and other community organizations are planning festivities on and around the Fourth of July in celebration of the United States of America’s 250th birthday – a “Semiquincentennial” celebration! \nThis spring\, children will be able to participate in an essay contest\, writing about “What does America mean to me?” Information will be distributed through the local schools. \nOn Friday\, July 3: \n\n8 am until gone\, Caramel Rolls\, Bagley Senior Center\n1 pm\, America’s 250th Program\, Bagley Legion\n3 pm\, Quilts of Valor presentation\, Bagley Legion\n4 pm\, Flag Disposal Ceremony\, Bagley Legion\n5 – 8 pm\, Celebrate 250th Dinner\, (Walleye w/Trimming $15)\, Bagley Legion\n8 – 10 pm\, Music from area Bands\, Bagley Legion\n\nOn Saturday\, July 4: \n\n8 – 11 am\, Clearwater County Breakfast on the Farm from at the Skeeter Creek Ranch\, 25741 Stockyard Rd\, Bagley.\nA 5k run/walk ?\n8 am – 1 pm\, Old Bagley City Jail\, Clearwater County Historical Society\n10 am – 12 pm\, Children’s Games\, Bagley Legion\n12 Noon\, National Bell Tolling (all who have a bell\, ring for 1 minute in honor of America’s 250th\, Bagley Legion\n12:30 pm – till gone\, Hot Dog Lunch\, Bagley Legion (free) & announcement of essay contest winners.\n3 pm 250th 4th of July Parade: The Bagley Rotary Club is proud to coordinate the 2026 4th of July Parade in Bagley\, Minnesota\, on Saturday\, July 4\, 2026. The parade will start at 3 pm from the hockey arena and follow the normal parade route. We ask that parade partici­pants arrive at the hockey arena by 2 pm to check in and get in line for the parade. There is no cost to participate in the parade for any busi­ness\, organization\, or individual. Registration will close at noon on Wednesday\, July 1.
