Join the Bagley Public Library’s Book Club for a discussion of All We Were Promised by Ashton Lattimore. In this novel, which is set in mid-1800s pre-Civil War Pennsylvania, a housemaid with a dangerous family secret conspires with a wealthy young abolitionist to help an enslaved girl escape. The Book Club’s discussion is scheduled for Friday, December 5 at 1 pm at the Bagley Public Library.
