A Presentation on Wild Mushroom Foraging and Feasting

On Saturday, May 16 from 10 am to 12 noon, join the women’s workshop for a presentation on wild mushroom foraging and feasting at the Clearbrook City Hall. Whether you’re a seasoned forager hunting for that perfect mushroom or simply curious about the world of the Fungi, this free event is for you. In this presentation you will be introduced to some local wild mushrooms, learn how to identify them, cook and preserve them in the kitchen.

Join Angie Ness who’s been foraging mushrooms, wild edibles and medicinal gifts from the forest and fields for over 20 years. There will also be some food samples featuring local wild mushrooms.
